Terms of Use
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or placing an order on EduHub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the platform.
1. Service description
EduHub provides academic writing, editing and proofreading support. We deliver original work written to the brief and academic level you specify. We act as a writing and editorial service and do not sit examinations on your behalf.
2. Your responsibilities
You confirm that the requirements you provide are yours to share, that any source material you upload is lawful to share, and that the finished work will be used in line with your institution's academic integrity rules.
3. Orders and pricing
Orders are priced per word or per page depending on the service and turnaround selected. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Volume discounts are applied automatically where eligible.
4. Payment
Payment is due before work begins unless your institution has a credit arrangement with us. Work starts once payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery and revisions
Delivery dates are confirmed when your order is accepted. You receive a free revision window based on your chosen turnaround — full details are in the Revision & Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
Once your order is paid for in full, the delivered work is yours to use. Our writers retain the right to display anonymised samples of their work for portfolio purposes.
7. Confidentiality
Your briefs, uploaded files and delivered work are treated as confidential. We never sell your data and never share it with third parties beyond the writer assigned to your order.
8. Acceptable use
EduHub does not write assessments that sit as your own work in any exam setting, and does not write content designed to deceive academic integrity systems.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, as set out in our Revision & Refund Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
