Revision & Refund Policy

Our promise

Every EduHub order is covered by a simple guarantee: if the delivered work does not meet the brief you provided, tell us within the free revision window and we will redo the affected sections at no charge.

Free revision window

• Standard turnaround (7 days and above): 7 days of free revisions from the delivery date.
• Express turnaround (3 days): 5 days of free revisions.
• Urgent and rush turnaround (24 hours / 12 hours): 3 days of free revisions.

How to request a revision

1. Open the order in your dashboard and use the Request revision action.
2. Tell us precisely which sections fall short of the brief.
3. Your writer receives the request immediately and returns the revised work within the agreed window.

Refund policy

If we cannot meet the brief after the revision window has been used, we issue a full refund for the affected portion of the order. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Orders cancelled before work begins are refunded in full, less any third-party processing fees.

Non-refundable situations

• Orders where the supplied brief was later changed after work had started.
• Orders where the customer requested delivery of work they had already read and approved.
• Orders where the work was downloaded and more than the free revision window has passed.
