What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you create an account and place an order: your name, email address, phone number, institution, the briefs you submit and any files you attach. We also record the technical details needed to operate the platform securely.
How we use it
- To create and manage your account and orders.
- To match your order with a suitable writer and deliver your work.
- To communicate about your order, revisions and delivery.
- To improve our services, pricing and support quality.
What we do not do
- We never sell your personal data.
- We never share your briefs or files with anyone outside the writer assigned to your order.
- We never use your uploaded documents for training or marketing.
File handling
Uploaded briefs and delivered files are stored on encrypted storage. You can delete the uploaded copies of your requirement files at any time from the order page.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to support your order history and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Delivered files are retained for 12 months and then purged.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email educate@eduhubuk.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies for session management, login security and basic, privacy-respecting analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, though login and ordering will not work correctly without them.
Children
EduHub is not intended for use by anyone under 16. If we discover that an account belongs to a minor, we delete it immediately.
