Fair Usage Policy
Our aim
EduHub exists to make expert academic support affordable and accessible. This policy keeps the service fair for every student who books it, and keeps our pricing honest.
What counts as fair use
- Ordering work for your own academic study, research or professional development.
- Providing a genuine brief so the writer can produce work that fits your requirement.
- Using the free revision window as intended — to refine the work, not to request rewrites of completed sections.
What we will decline
- Requests to write work intended to be submitted as your own in a live exam or test.
- Requests that plagiarise another student's work, or that require us to reproduce copyrighted text.
- Bulk ordering designed to resell the output, or to overwhelm a writer's workload.
- Repeated orders for the same assessment designed to game similarity checks.
Order limits
A single order is capped at 200,000 words for writing services and 200 slides for presentations. Projects larger than this are handled as a multi-stage contract — contact support and we will scope it with you.
Suspended accounts
If we believe an account is being used in breach of this policy, we may suspend it while we investigate. We will always tell you why, and we refund the balance of any paid order that we cannot complete.
Reporting concerns
If you believe another user is acting unfairly, please tell us through the contact page and we will look into it.
